and was the world’s first concept destination’
Located in an industrial building in the inner courtyard of a traditional
Milanese palazzo
The concept focuses in the fusion of culture and commerce
Galleria Carla Sozzani is devoted to art, photography, design and
architecture
The galleria has hosted over 190 photography exhibitions, including -
Annie Leibovitz, Helmut Newton, Paolo Roversi, Don McCullin,
Sarah Moon, David LaChapelle, Bruce Weber, Bert Stern and
David Bailey
Galleria Carla Sozzani has hosted fashion exhibitions, including -
Courrèges, Pierre Cardin, Martin Margiela, Zandra Rhodes and
Paco Rabanne
The galleria presents twice a year an architecture and design
exhibition, including - Yayoi Kusama, Serge Mouille, Verner Panton
The bookshop offers publications with an emphasis on photography
Carla Sozzani Editore is a publishing company dedicated to
photography, art, fashion and design
3Rooms hotel offers the ‘slow breakfast’, prepared in the suite,
the tea room or the garden
Interior: The cafè lays between the conservatory garden outside and the
inside, with the structure and form left intact
The cafè features a glass-painted structure ceiling that changes the
mood from day to night, golden-resin floor, a round bar in the middle
of the space, and leather banquettes and lounge chairs around it
3Rooms hotel’s design is an interpretation of mid-20th Century
modernism, combining vintage and new pieces
Each of the three apartments has a private entrance, and features a
bedroom, a bathroom, a living room, and ample space for personal
items
