Dynamite Spider Maki Roll (Soft shell crab, chilli mayonnaise, cucumber
and wasabi tobiko sauce)
Tsubumiso Gake Hinadori No Obun Yaki (Baby chicken marinated in
barley miso, oven roasted on cedar wood)
